The following terms apply to all offers listed on Deals in City, unless a specific deal explicitly states otherwise. Please review carefully before making a purchase.
General Terms
- One-Time Use Only: Unless noted, each deal voucher is valid for a single use only.
- Non-Transferable: Deals are for personal use only and may not be sold, transferred, or duplicated.
- Merchant Responsibility: All services and products are provided by the listed merchant, who is solely responsible for fulfilling the offer.
- Limited Quantities: Deals may be available in limited numbers and can sell out without notice.
Expiration and Validity
- Expiration Date: Each deal has an expiration date. Please redeem before the expiry to avoid forfeiting the offer.
- Post-Expiration Value: The promotional value expires on the listed date. However, if required by law, the amount paid may remain valid with the merchant.
Booking and Redemption
- Advance Booking May Be Required: Some deals may require reservations. Contact the merchant directly for scheduling.
- No Walk-Ins (If Stated): If reservations are required, walk-ins may not be accepted.
- Mobile Redemption Accepted: Most merchants accept digital vouchers on your mobile device; please verify before visiting.
Restrictions
- Not Valid With Other Offers: Unless noted, deals cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or loyalty programs.
- One Voucher Per Visit: Limit one voucher per customer per visit unless the deal specifies otherwise.
- No Cash Value: Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or gift cards.
Refund and Cancellation
- Refund Policy: Purchases are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the deal terms or as required by law. If the merchant is unable to honor the deal, contact our support team.
- Merchant No-Shows: Missed appointments or failure to follow merchant instructions may result in voucher forfeiture.
